WHEREAS, it appears that the petition/of H. K. King to vacate an a11ey
ten (10) feet in width, running east and west between Lots Thirteen (13) and
Fourteen (14) in Block Numbered Eleven (11) in Mountain View Addition to the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was duty filed with the City Clerk of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on the 'e a day of A
1959; and
WHEREAS it appears that said petition was duly referred o the Planning
Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and that the Planning Commission
has recommended the granting of said petition.
NOl4, THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED:
1. That the 2Jtt day of �g�s,'/ , 1959, be and.it is hereby fixed as
the day and date set for hearing upon said petition.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,. be and he is

hereby directed to give notice of such hearing by publication thereof for once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper published
in Washington County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas. ` r
3. That the City Clerk of the City of etteville, Arkansas, be and he is
hereby directed to cause an abstractors certificate as to the record miners of
the lots abutting upon said alley to be attadied to said petition prior to the date
set for hearing.
