RESOLUTION 5-59
RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and he is hereby author-
ized and directed to confer with the Presidents of the Fayette-
ville Chamber of Commerce, and local Civic. Organizations and
to then appoint a Citizens' Committee to study and make recom-
mendations to the City Council for:
1. A method of financing an acceptable and adequate long
range street program.
2. Whether or not the proposed constitutional amendment
contemplated by SJR No. 4, adopted at the 1959 session of the
Arkansas Legislature should be supported or ppposed.
