RESOLUTION *-59
RESOLVED, that the Mayor J. Austin Parish, and the City Clerk,
George J. Davis, be and they are hereby authorized to execute an agree-
ment dated March 17, 1959 between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and
the St. Louis -San Francisco Railway Company covering parallel sanitary
sewer lines and crossings to serve the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dated this 16th day of March, 1959.
