RESOLUTION
RESOLVED, that J. Austin Parish, Mayor, and George J. Davis, City
Clerk, be and they are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Public
Health Service, entitled, "Offer and Acceptance of Federal Grant For
Sewage Treatment Work Under 33 U.S. C. 466 et seq", in connection
with the proposed sewer expansion and improvement project wherein
and whereby the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, seeks to be awarded a
federal grant in aid not to exceed $250, 000.00.
I, George J. Davis, City Clerk, hereby certify that the fore-
going is a true and correct copy of a resolution unanimously
adopted by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
at its regular meeting on May 26, 1958.
