-RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they-are hereby
authorized to execute an application, together with 'such other
necessary documents as maybe.-rettuired, in ctnnection with the sec-
wring of Federal Grant-In-Aid for a proposed sewage treatment and
other sewer facilities- from the U. S `Department of Realth, Education,
and Welfare, Public Health Service., pursuant to the. Federal Water
Pollution.Control Act 4736 U.SG. 466 et seq.).
"PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of April, 1958.
