April 7, 1958, elected to call for redemption on May 1, 1958, $1,300.00
of the 1953 Sewer Revenue Bonds as listed below:

Resolved: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to publish notice of the City of Fayetteville's election
to call for redemption on May 1, 1958, Sewer Revenue Bonds Numbered
29, 30, 31, and 32 of the 1953 Sewer Revenue Bonds.
The bonds in the principal amount of $1,300.00 and maturitbnfIay 1, 1965,
were issued pursuant to the terms and provisions of Ordinance Number 1050.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 7th DAY OF APRIL, 1958.
