Notice is hereby given that the City of Jfayetteville, Arkansas, has by resolution.
duly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on March 10,, 1958, elected
to call for redemption on Aril 1, 1958, Bond number 54, maturity date October
1, 19691 of the 3% Sewer Revenue Bonds of 1954.

.Resolved: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
publish notice of the City of Fayetteville's election to call for redemption
on April 1,. 1958, Sewer Revenue Bond Number 54 of the Sewer Revenue Bonds of
1954.
The bond in the principal amount of $1,000.00 and maturing October 1,.1969, was
issued pursuant to the terms and provisions, of Ordinance No. 1072.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 114th DAY OF MARCH, 1958.
