RESOLUTION
RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
be and he is hereby directed to give 10 days notice by publication for one
time in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper having a general cir-
culation within the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, upon receipt of three
copies of the 1955 National Building Code, the following notice:
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, is considering the passage of an
Ordinance relating to regulations governing the construc-
tion, alteration, equipment, use and occupancy, location
and maintenance, moving and demolition of buildings and
structures, as stated in the National Building Code, 1955,
Golden Anniversary Edition, recommended by the National
Board of Fire Underwriters, and that the requisite number
of copies of said code are now on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, .Arkansas, and are
open to inspection, public examination and view; and that
the City Council will hear all interested parties at its next
regular meeting to be held on September 24, 1956.
