RESOLVED, that no further water main extensions outside the corp-
orate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be authorized except
within Suburban Water Improvement Districtsduly created under Arkansas
Act No. 41 of 1941, as amended, and now holding contracts with the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any and all future water main
extensions within the present boundaries of said existing Suburban Water
Improvement Districts shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Said water main extensions shall be constructed
by the Suburban Water Improvement District in
which they are located.
(2) Said water main extensions shall be constructed of
permanent type pipe, i.e. asbestos cement, cant iron,
or. topper.
