Resolved that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to execute a Quit -Claim Deed releasing all of the
right, title, and interest of the City of Fayetteville acquired under the
terms and provisions of one certain right of way grant dated July 29,
1955, recorded in Deed Record for Washington County, Arkansas,
Passed and Approved - January 9, 1956
