HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-55 RESOLUTION• • er- RESOLUTION 11112EA5, it appears that the petition of Arkansas Fuel Oil Corporation, Esso Standard Oil Company and St. Louis - San Francisco Railway Company, to vacate a certain unnamed street or alleyway lying between the East line of Block 21 of Ferguson's Addition to the City of Fayetteville and the ►est line of the right of way of the St. Louis - San Francisco Railway company in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and that portion of a twelve (12) foot alley extending Northward from all Street (being also U.S. Highway No. 62 and formerly known as Third Street) between Iota One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Lots Sixteen (16) through Twenty- y/QQlam), inclusive, in Block Twenty -One (21) of Ferguson's Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on August 8, 1955, 11tEJS, it appears that said petition was duly referred to the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Aricansass-seelliniiibn • NOW, mEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: Art4 eterdem 1.
