RESOLUTION
11112EA5, it appears that the petition of Arkansas Fuel Oil Corporation,
Esso Standard Oil Company and St. Louis - San Francisco Railway Company, to
vacate a certain unnamed street or alleyway lying between the East line of Block 21
of Ferguson's Addition to the City of Fayetteville and the ►est line of the right of way
of the St. Louis - San Francisco Railway company in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and that portion of a twelve (12) foot alley extending Northward from
all Street (being also U.S. Highway No. 62 and formerly known as Third Street)
between
Iota One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Lots Sixteen (16) through Twenty-
y/QQlam), inclusive, in Block Twenty -One (21) of Ferguson's Addition to the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was duly filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, on August 8, 1955,

Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Aricansass-seelliniiibn

NOW, mEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

and date set for hearing upon said petitiin.

26 That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and he is
hereby directed to give notice of such hearing by publication thereof for once a
-week for two consecutive weeks in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper published
in lkshington County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas
S• That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and he is
hereby directed to cause an abstractor's certificate as to the record owners of
the Jots. abutting upon said street and alleyway to be attached to said petition
prior to the date set for hearing thereon.
