Whereas, it appears that the petition of G. M. Clark, Karl
Greenhaw, Donald T King, Marjorie 0. Budd, and A. W. Blake,
property owners in the Block bounded on the North by West Dickson
Street, on the West by Buchanan Avenue, on the South by Williams
Street, and on the East by Duncan Avenue, to change said property
from zone "B" to Zone "D" was duly filed with the city Clerk on
December 20th, 1954, and
Passed and Approved - December 20, 1954
