Whereas, it appears that the petition of Henry G. Hotz, Stella P.
Hotz, Merrell E Thompson, Jean P. Thompson, Philip Tapp, Chas E.
Jones, Elaine M. Jones, Carter Short and Maxine Short to vacate a
portion of Hotz Drive and a public road, all in Hotz Addition, was filied
with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas on October
18th, 1954
