Whereas, it appears that the petition of Henry G. Hotz, Stella P.
Hotz, Merrell E Thompson, Jean P. Thompson, Philip Tapp, Chas E.
Jones, Elaine M. Jones, Carter Short and Maxine Short to vacate a
portion of Hotz Drive and a public road all in Hots Addition was filed
with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on October 18,
1954, and
Passed and Approved - October 18, 1954
