Whereas, it appears that the petition of Hugh Kincaid and Virgil
Fields, to vacate all that portion of an alley beginning at the Northwest
Corner of Block Eleven (11) in the City Park Addition, as per recorded
plat thereof,
Passed and Approved - October 18, 1954
