Resolved, that they Mayor and City Clerk, by and they are
hereby authorized to execute and deliver to Bruce Crider and Margie
Crider, husband and wife; Mitchell Crider and Laura Crider, husband
and wife, and Paul Crider, a quit -claim deed conveying 3 acres of real
estate situated in the North half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
Four (4),
