Resolved, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to petition the Civil Aeronautics Board, Washington
D. C., for an exemption order under the Civil Aeronautics Act
authorizing the immediate provision of scheduled air transportation to
the City of Fayetteville,
