Whereas, the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
did on the 23 day of March, 1953 adopt a budget and make
appropriations for the several departments of the City Government as
recorded in the proceedings of the City Council Book E at page 498
thereof, and
Passed and Approved - October 26, 1953
