Whereas, it appears that the petition of W. H. Hughes, Mary
Charlotte Richardson, W. M. Keeton, Mrs. Walter S. Trowbridge, W M.
H Cowan, Maude B. Blondeau, J. N Hudson, Glen Stewart, R. L.
Stewart, Mrs. S. A. Roberts, and E. H. Cralley to vacate one certain
alley running North and South between the East and West alleys which
lie to the North of Lots 8 and 17, and South of Lots 16 and 25, all in
Block 1, Oakland Place, to the City of Fayetteville,
