Whereas, it appears that the petition of Rachel Oliver, Kathryn
Oliver, Bess Oliver, Cheaster Neudling, Kathleen Neudling, S. C.
Dellinger, Elsie A. Dellinger, Thorgny C. Carleson, Rosemary Carleson,
Henry W. Jinske and Laura Jane Jinske to vacate a fifteen (15) foot
alley running North Maple Street to an unnamed Forty Foot Road (now
known as either West Douglass Street or Cardwell Lane),
