Now on this 20th day of February, 1953, ire was presented
to the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
the proposed plan of the City of Fayetteville in oonnsstion with
the construction of a pumping station, force line and treatment
facilities from Lake Fayetteville to the reservoir on Nt. Segaoyah.
And the Planning Commission being fully advised in the prem-
ises hereby approves .the said plan insofar as it pertains to u s
of property in cone#tion with said pamption station, force main
and treatment facilities on It. Segnyah.
The commission farther finds that there is no conflict with
any zoning ordinance, or regulations of the City of Fayetteville.
