WHEREAS, Clay Yoe has requested that he be permitted to
construct an artificial lake wholly on his property des-
cribed as the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW -1) of Section Ten (10), Township Seventeen
(17) North of Range Thirty (30) West of the 5th P.M., and
WHEREAS, petitioner proposes to construct said lake
under approved engineering and health standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That Clay Yoe be
and he is hereby authorized to construct an artificial
lake upon the above-described real estate under approved
engineering and health standards.
