That the terms and provisions of Resolution 2-52, adopted by
the City Council March 10, 1952, is in all things re -adopted and re-
affirmed except Severt Rise be, and his is hereby directed to
commence removal of an approximately thirty (30) inch addition to his
own and one-half 1 1/2 story frame residence now extending into the
twenty (20) feet Street side set back line, within ten (10) days from
the date of service of this Resolution upon him and to be competed
with sixty (60) days from the date or service thereof,
