RESOLUTION NO. 4— 37 -vis
WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Street Improvement District No. 57
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, bas filed its report, together with
an .timate of cost of the improvement oonteaplated in said local improvement
district, and it appearing therefrom that the estimated Dost
msnt, exclusive of interest on borrowed money, is the sum of

being less than sixty per cent of the assessed value of the real property in
the District as shown by the last County assessment and not in emcees of the
limit on cost as provided by said petition,
NCM, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, that said report be and the sane is hereby approved;
and that the making of the sment for said improvement be undertaken; and

, each of whoa is an elector of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and they are hereby appointed as assessors for said
District to assess the benefits to be received by each lot or block or other
subdivision of lands, railroads and right of way in said District by reason of
the said proposed local improvement therein.
