That Severt Rise by and he is hereby directed to remove all of
that part of his 11/2 story frame residence located at 629 Lindell Street
constructed under building permit No 582, and having extended into
the 20 foot street side set back as required by City Ordinance within
ten (10) days from the date of service of this Resolution upon him,
Passed and Approved -- March 10, 1952
