Whereas, the City of Fayetteville has from time to time
requested St. Louis -San Francisco Railway Company and the Arkansas
State Highway Commission to construct a pedestrian underpass under
tracks of the St Louise- San Francisco Railway Company immediately
northwardly of the vehicle underpass at U. S. Highway 62;
Passed and Approved — January 28, 1952
