BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas be and he is
hereby directed to give notice by publication for one time in the Northwest
Arkansas Timss,a newspaper having a general circulation within the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, the following notices
"NOTICE
Notice id hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas is considering the passage of an ordinance relating to the
storage, handling and use of flammable liquids as set forth in the code of
the National Fire PEotection Association designated as "Pamphlet NEPA No. 30-L"
and that the requisite number of copies of said pamphlet are now on file in
the office of the city Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and are
open to inspection, public examination and view; and that the City Council
will hear all interested parties at its next regular meeting to be hold on
October 22, 1951.
ADOPTED this day of October, 1951.
