Whereas, a petition signed by the property owners abutting on
the portion of the Street affected, was filed with the City Council of
Fayetteville, Arkansas on the 5th day of February, 1951, asking that
that portion of Loretta Street Lying between Whittham Street and
Bushnell Street be vacated,
