Whereas, a petition signed by the only property owners abutting
on a portion of the street affected was filed with the City Council of
Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 26th, 1951 asking that that portion
of Highland Avenue lying between Louise Street and Trenton Boulevard
be closed,
