That G. T. Sanders and J. W. McGehee, Mayor and City Clerk,
respectively, of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal
corporation, are hereby securities of any description now or hereafter
registered on the books of the Treasury Department and registered
securities with respect to which the Treasury Department acts as the
transfer agency in the name of City of Fayetteville,
Passed and Approved — November 29, 1948
