BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the airport comittee of the City Council of the

City of Fayetteville, Arkansas be, and they are hereby authorized to
dispose of so much of the real estate now owned by the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas as is not needed for construction and improvements to
the Fayetteville Municipal Airport.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas are hereby authorized to execute a deed to so much of the
lands of the Fayetteville Municipal Airport as the airport committee of
the City Council shall direct. ,
Adopted this 27th day of October, 1947.
