RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE TT'CUTION OF THE GRANT AGREE-
MENT ifITH THE ALUINISTRATOR OF CIVILAiRONAU1ICS; Ui Si DEBARMENT
OF COLEUaCE, TO OBTAIN FEDERAL AID IN THE DEVELCCE E IT OF
FAYETTEVUJF MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE-_ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That the City.. of Fayetteville, Arkansas ,
shall enter into a Grant.Agreement'for the purpose of obtaining
Federal aid in the development of the Fayetteville Municipal
Airport and that such agreement shall be set forth hereinbelow.
SECTION 2. That the Iviayor of the City of Favette�le, Ark&sas,
is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant Agreement
inequadruplicate on behalf of the City of Fayetteville. Arkansas,
and they City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
is hereby authorized and directed to impress the official seal of
this City of Fayetteville, Arkansas send to attest said execution.
SECTION 3. That the Grant Agreement referred to hereinabove
shall be as follows:
