Whereas, Southwestern Gas and Electric Company is the owner
of an indeterminate permit authorizing said Company to construct,
own, operate, and maintain an electric distribution system in the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and all lines, appliance, equipment and
installations necessary and incident thereto; and
Passed and Approved - December 29, 1944
