Be it resolved by the Wa mett trees of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, that the security placed in escrow
by J. A. Adams and Nora B. Adams which consists of Water
Revenue Bonds of the City of Fayetteville, be and 411.the
same are, hereby released and Mcl3roy Bank and Trust Com-
pany, the escrow agent, 1s hereby ordered and directed to
deliver said bonds to the persons entitled to the same,
free and clear of any claims of the City Water Plant or
the Water Improvement District. The consideration of this
resolution is the assumption of pngrnent byethe State of
Arkansas of the bonds outstanding in Road Improvement
District No. 2 of Washington County, Arkansas as indicated
by the letter of F. A. Storey, Jr., supervisor of the
Refunding Board, which letter was addressed to Mr. C. D.
Atkinson of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that all
of the Road Improvement District No. 2 bonds have been paid
