That the Water Collector is hereby authorized and empowered
by the City Council to take over the management and operation of the
Store Room consisting of all stocks of merchandise, tools, equipment
belonging to the City Water Plant, that he be required to take a correct
inventory of all merchandise, tools, and equipment,
Passed and Approved - August 11, 1941
