Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, that the City of Fayetteville elects to operate under the
terms of the Workmens Compensation Act of the State of Arkansas, in
so far as its employment of individuals under the Hundred Thousand
Dollar ($100,000 00) Municipal Airport Expansion and Improvement
Project is concerned,
