RES O L U T I O N
Whereas it has been called to the attention of the
City Council of the City of Fayetteville that there are
certain ambiguities in proposed Initiative Ordinance No. 1
of the City of Fayetteville with respect to the administration
of said ordinance in the event of its adoption:
Now therefore be it Resolved by the City Council of
the City of Fayetteville, that, in the event of the adoption
of Initiative Ordinance No. 1 by the qualified electors of the
City of Fayetteville, at the general election on April 2,
•• 19, it will be administered in an equitable manner as free
from discrimination as possible and any one person, firm or
corporation operating a business in one location which may
have more than one classification under the strict terms of
said ordinance will not be charged on all classifications
according to the present schedule of the proposed ordinance.
