WHEREAS, The Board of Improvement of Street Improvement
District No. 54 of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, has
filed its report, together with an estimate of the cost of
the improvement contemplated in said local improvement district.,
,and it appearing therefrom that the estimated cost of said im-
provement, exclusive of interest on borrowed money, is the sum

being less than forty per cent. of the assessed value of the real
property in the District, as shown by the.last_County_.assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the -City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that said report be and the
same is hereby approved; and that the making of the assessment
for:said improvement be undertaken; and that JAS. R. GREER, 0. L.

..DAILY and J. W. WEBB, each of whom is an elector of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas,be and they are hereby appointed as
assessors for said District, to assess the benefits to be re -
;ceived by each lot or block or other subdivision of lands, rail -
'roads and railroad right-of-way in said District by reason of
;the said proposed local improvement therein.
