Be it resolved, by the City Council of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that
A. D. McAllister, Mayor of City of Fayetteville be and he is hereby
authorized and directed, for and in certain agreement between the City
of Fayetteville and the Arkansas State Highway Commission relative to
the construction of Layette Street overpass,
