Whereas it is the desire of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, that all persons, firms and corporations,
wishing to pay their motor vehicle taxes and license fees to the City of
Fayetteville promptly, should by granted a reductions on the regular
fees charged;
Passed and Approved - January 3, 1938
