Tax Levy for 1934.

BE I^s RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,
Section One: That the rateof Taxes for the use and benefit of
the Fayetteville City Hospital, in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,, for the year 1934, be and the same is hereby declared
to be ONE MILL (1)` on each Dollar of Assessed Valuation of all Real
and .Personal property within the Corporate limits of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by the Assessment Rooks for State
and County purpose*, and that the same is hereby levied: and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify
this levy to the Cbtnty Clerk of Washington County, Arkansas, to the
end that the same may be placed on the tax books and collected with
