To levy taxes for the year 1934, upon the real and personal
property within the Corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville,'Ark.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas: )
Section One: That the rate of Taxes for City General Fund purposes,
for the year 1934 b3, and the sane is hereby declared to be Five (5)
Mills on each Dollar of assessed valuation of real andpersonal prop-
erty within the Corporate limits of the City cif _Fayettevi le,Arkansas,�
assshown. by -the assessment -books for the State -and Cbunty purposes,
and that'the same is hereby levied: and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed -to certify this levy to the Ootnty,Clerk
of -Washington County, Arkansas,to the end that the same be placed
on the tax books and collected with the State and County taxes.

Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by the assessment books for the
State°and County purposes, and that the same is hereby levied: and the
'Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify
this levy to the County Clerk of Washington County, Arkansas, to the
end that ;the same be placed on the tax books and. collected ;With the
State and County taxes.

FUNDING BONDS AND THE INTERrST THEREON for the year 1934 :he,arid the

assessment books for State and County purposes, and the same is hereby
levied: and the Mayor and bityc Clerk'are hereby authorized and •
directed to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington
County, Arkansas,to the end that the same may be placed on the tax
books and be colledted with the State and County taxes. •
