Be it resolved, by the City Council of Fayetteville, Arkansas T. S.
Tribble, Mayor of Fayetteville, be and he is hereby authorized and
directed, for and in the name and behalf of the City of Fayetteville, and
the Arkansas State Highway Commission relative to the construction of
Highway 71,
