Whereas, the State Highway Commission of the State of
Arkansas is desirous of constructing State Highway No. 71 through the
City of Fayetteville and is desirous of routing the traffic through the
City of Fayetteville over School St., Mountain Street., and College Ave.
from the South to the North Corporate Limits and across all
intersecting Street.
Passed and Approved - April 16, 1934
