Whereas, the need of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for a
City Hall providing suitable office space for the City Officials; and
providing for a Public Library building which will meet the needs and
standards of our constantly growing City, has long been recognized,
and
Passed and Approved -- September 18, 1933
