PROPERTY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSA3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
2413/
ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:

That the rate of taxes f@rr CITY GENERAL purposes,for the year 1931,
and the same is hereby declared to be FIVE(5) MILLS on each dollar of assessed
valuation of all real and. personal property within the corporate limits of the

City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,as shown by the assessment books for State &
County purposes,and that the same is hereby levied;and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify this levy to the County Cler
of Washington County,Arkansas,to the end that the same may be.plaoed on the tax
books and collected with the Sate & County taxes.
SECTION TWO:
That the rate of taxes for FIRE DEPARTMENT purposes,for the year
1931,be and the same is declared to be ONE AND 'ONE HALF(1*);MILLS, on each dollar
of assessed valuation

1931, be and the same is hereby declared to be ONE(i)MILLon each.dollar of
assessed valuation of all real and personal property within the Corporate- Limit
Nof the,City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,as shown by the assessment books for State
and County purposes,and that the same ie hereby levied;and the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify this levy to the County
Clerk' of Washington=County,Arkensas,tothe end .that the;_same may be placed
the tax books and collected with the State and County taxes.

FUNDING BONDS AND THE INTEREST THEREON be, and the same is hereby declared to be
