Section One: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
issue the necessary order and notice to the owner or owners of Lots
12, 13, 14, and 15 in Block 30 of the Original Town (now City) of
Fayetteville to construct or repair the sidewalk along the East side of
said lots.
