Section One: That the sum $2,140.17 be, and the same is
hereby appropriated, to be paid in three annual payments of $713.39
each, during the years 1931, 1932 and 1933, from the Street Fund of
said City, and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a warrant in said City,
