Certain warrants of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,
to -wit;- Warrants numbered 337,66 —i 6 11767,11758,11769,•yere
issued in payment for street -working machinery,and warrants
numbered 11525,11526,11384,13379,13380,13381, 13382,14315 to
14324 inclusive, 14493 to $4493 14502,14521 tO 14530 inclusive,
isuued in payment for paving of intersections of streets,were
all issued payable from the General Fund in order to better
secure the holders'thereof,and
WHEREAS:
'It was intended that said warrants shall be paid from the
street funds,as is right and just,
THEREFORE,B7 IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYET TEV I LLE, A RICANS AS :
SECTION ONE:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be,and they are
hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Street Fund
to the General Funf,from time to time as said warrants become
due,a sufficient sum of money to pay said warrants when and as
they shall become due and payable.
SECTION'TnO:
That this resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval,and all resolutions in
conflict herewith be,and the same are hereby repealed.
