WHEREAS:
On the 25th day of August,1930,by resolution duly adopted,
the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas attempted to
pay ,by an appropriation, the cost of the intersections of streets
in 'Paving Improvement District Number Forty-three,and
WHEREAS:
the amount of said appropriation wasinsufficient for said
purpose by the sum of $136.50,,
NOW,THEREFORE, Ht IT. RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYLTTEVILLS,ARRANSAS:

That the sum of $135.50 be, and tho same is hereby,appro-
out of the General Fund of the City of Payetteville,Arkansas
purposeof making up said deficiency.
